DRIVERS AND FORKLIFT OPERATORS REQUIRED FOR WOQOD PROJECT URGENTLY WITH QATAR MEDIUM OR HEAVY LICENSE 

SECTION 29 Introduction 

Manpower Position - SHAFAF Pickup Operator (30 Nos.) 

 Drivers to drive & operate SHAFAF pick-ups  transport LPG SHAFAF cylinders from WOQOD Gas Plant (or other WOQOD site) to various destinations in Qatar as per the established guidelines and as directed by immediate Dispatch Clerk. 

SECTION 30 Operational Requirements 

· Inspect and check regularly the SHAFAF Pickup condition in order to ensure that is sound to be operated during and at each commencement of work. 

· Follow the rules and regulations of WOQOD and Traffic Department such as speed limits & safety orientations. 

·Load/unload cylinders to/from SHAFAF pick-ups as per the dispatch clerk orientations. . Park the SHAFAF pick-ups at customer's premises safely and coordinate with site supervisor or 

operator for unloading/unloading of LPG SHAFAF cylinders. 

·Responsible of inspecting the cylinders at customer site for any damage (or leak declared by the 

customer), to avoid any stock shortage. 

·SHAFAF pickups should not be unattended at any point while delivering to avoid any kind of Stock 

or Cash shortages. 

· Check the collected cash to avoid any Cash shortage (Even using bank POS) and issue the delivery 

receipt upon completion of unloading operation and get it signed by customer. 

· Use properly and handle correctly the bank POS and WOQOD tablet. 

. Record all customers moving stock for filled and empty cylinders, before and after the delivery. · Collect returned steel cylinders form different point of sales or WOQOD P/S. 

·Be conscious of fire & safety regulations and should be capable to operate fire extinguisher at the 

time of emergency. 

. Inform the dispatch clerk about any kind of difficulties encountered during driving, 

loading/unloading LPG SHAFAF cylinders. 

. Park the SHAFAF pick-ups in the assigned parking area safely after completing the daily schedule. ·Report accident to dispatch clerk/supervisor and assist in providing information for investigation 

and accident report. 

· Can be called anytime for duty in case of emergency (day & night, even on Friday) · Always observe proper safety procedures. 

· Use good communication skills with WOQOD customers. 

·Be respectful to WOQOD customers and report, on time, any faced issue. 

. Traffic Violations registered against SHAFAF Pickup Operators, using WOQOD vehicle, should be 

immediately settled.
