Food Production Supervisor

We are hiring an experienced Food Production Manager to oversee daily production operations and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality food manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily production activities.

• Manage production staff and assign duties.

• Ensure products meet quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.

• Monitor raw materials, production quantities, wastage, and stock.

• Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.

• Ensure compliance with HACCP and company procedures.

• Coordinate with quality control, purchasing, and management.

• Monitor equipment and report maintenance requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Production Management, or a related field.

• Previous experience in food production or food manufacturing.

• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality-control procedures.

• Must be currently available in Qatar and ready to join immediately.
