Legal Consultant

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Lawyer to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will provide legal advice, draft and review contracts, handle debt recovery matters, assist with dispute resolution, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and represent the company before relevant authorities when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
• Handle debt recovery and commercial legal matters.
• Provide legal advice to management.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
• Liaise with government authorities and external legal parties.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage legal documentation and case files.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari laws and legal procedures.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
