Pastry Chef – Truffles, Slices & No-Bake Sweets

We are looking for a skilled Pastry Chef / Confectioner to join our team at Al Bayraq Sweets. Main Responsibilities: •  Prepare high-quality truffles and other no-bake sweets •  Make slice desserts (cheesecake slices, brownie slices, cold cakes, etc.) •  Develop new products suitable for online and VIP sales •  Ensure consistent taste, appearance, and quality •  Work in a clean and organized manner •  Assist with packaging for online orders Requirements: •  Proven experience in making truffles, chocolate products, and no-bake desserts •  Experience in preparing slice sweets •  Good knowledge of food hygiene and presentation •  Ability to work independently •  Transferable visa is preferred •  Immediate joiners are welcome Preferred Skills: •  Experience with online or custom cake/sweets orders •  Knowledge of cost calculation •  Creativity in developing new products
