Safety officer

Key Responsibilities

• Risk Assessment: Conducting routine risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards. 
• Policy Implementation: Developing, implementing, and enforcing site-specific safety policies that align with company and legal standards. 
• Training & Education: Facilitating safety inductions, toolbox talks, and continuous emergency response training. 
• Incident Investigation: Leading root-cause analysis investigations for incidents or near-misses and preparing detailed reports.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to local regulatory bodies—such as Qatar's local labor and HSE requirements—and maintaining mandatory safety documentation. 

HSE Officers Shall have Minimum 5 years experience and Nebosh IGC Certification.
