    Job Summary

    The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales activities, business development, and client relationship management. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, securing new clients, maintaining existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while promoting the company's products and services throughout Qatar.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Responsibilities

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Generate sales through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
    • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
    • Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
    • Monitor sales opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
    • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers when required.

    Business Development Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Qatar market.
    • Develop strategies to increase market share and revenue.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings to promote company services.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer requirements.
    • Explore opportunities for cross-selling and upselling company services.

    Customer Relationship Management

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Conduct regular customer visits and follow-up meetings.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
    • Maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

    Reporting & Administration

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
    • Update CRM systems and sales databases regularly.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
    • Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management.
    • Coordinate with operations, procurement, and finance departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2–5 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in Qatar.
    • Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and business environment.
    • Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
