Change of Sponsorship
What if my present sponsor told me to look for another sponsor and he will give me a release.
Is it possible to change the sponsor less than a year?

He assures me that he will ...He assures me that he will give a release but I'm just less than a year in his sponsorship. Somebody told me that in Qatar Labor Law I must finish at least one year before I can change my sponsor, what if my sponsor is forcing me to get a new sponsor and promise to give me a NOC. What do I have to do then?

NOC ...I am not sure but I think in case of NOC there is no problem but if you get a release and change your sponsorship on the same visa then there is a problem as before changing sponsor you have to have worked with your previous sponsor for 2 years.
Better ask someone who knows more about qatar immigration laws.

You can not transfer your ...You can not transfer your sponsorship to another without finishing the mandatory one year employment with your current sponsor. You have to wait a full year before you can do this.

I have a same issue and I am ...I have a same issue and I am a little a bit confused, my previous sponsor says it is very easy procedure, no need to wait mandatory one year because he closed company, but sponsor who offered me a new job says I need to wait end of existing sponsorship. I am confused.

No Wait ...In case of your existing company closure I think you can get your sponsorship change. If your new employer ask you to wait then get work in some other company they would probably process it.
It is a valid reason to transfer the sponsorship and such special cases do get entertained.

Can you change after completing a full 1 year to... ...Can you change after completing a full 1 year to another sponsor? My company arranged all my papers for my sponsorship in teaching; I have been offered a much better position teaching closer to my area of living. Do I have to wait to complete my 2 year contract I signed with them? I was told that if I leave the company I will have to wait 6 months before I can start work with another company in Qatar and that will mean I have to return to my home country for 6 months.. What is true pls? ant web sites out there that have the real information to help me out?
