Husband and wife under company sponsorship
Husband and wife are under company sponsorship (different companies). Husband's salary around 18k, wife's salary around 13k. can we sponsor our child without the wife transferring sponsorship to husband? if yes, what are the requirements. thank you very much QL members!

I think as per the new rules ...I think as per the new rules wife should be under the sponsorship of the husband for family status, that means they will not stamp the RP of your child without transferring the sponsorship. I know a family from your country who are in the same situation but in your case you have above 30k combined salary and there might be a possibility to get it done.
