KUWAITI DEFENCE MINISTRY INTERCEPTS TWO BALLISTIC MISSILES AND 13 DRONES

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense announced that its armed forces detected and successfully intercepted two ballistic missiles and 13 drones that entered Kuwaiti airspace early Wednesday.

Ministry spokesperson Colonel Saud Al Attwan said no material damage or casualties were reported following the interceptions.

In a statement issued by the Ministry, Al Attwan said the armed forces remain fully prepared to carry out their duties with efficiency and professionalism.

He added that the forces continue to operate under a state of continuous operational readiness to safeguard the country’s security and ensure the safety of citizens and residents.
