Because February is QL’s Health and Wellness Month, we decided to scout out some of Qatar’s healthier dining options, and we picked The Pearl as a place to start.
These are just a few of the plethora of options available in an area that has become something of a hub for eating out.
1. Evergreen Organics

This is probably one of the most well known for its healthy menu choices, as it’s a fully vegan restaurant, and extra conscientious about using organic ingredients. Open every day from 7:00 am till 10:00 pm, Evergreen Organics is a great place to eat, but also shop for healthy food options. It's juices are particularly popular ( and its vegan burger, pretty great!).
2. Remman Café

Although a chain restaurant, has enough of the traditional Lebanese options like tabbouleh and grilled chicken that are healthier and more wholesome than typical fast food. There’s a reason the Mediterraneans live so long!
3. Dean and David

Dean and David in Medina Centrale has good breakfast and vegan choices on the menu, as well as an open and welcoming ambience to match the nutritious, healthy smoothies.
4. Anima Lounge

Anima Lounge is a fusion between a restaurant and an art gallery, with healthy alternatives like gluten free and lettuce wraps if you want to skip the burgers. The salad options are also exceptional.
5. Which Wich

Which Wich is another chain eatery, that is more of a takeaway place than a restaurant, but let’s you build your own sandwich, much like subway, and even let’s you replace the bread with lettuce for it’s famous lettucewich.
