According to the Indian Embassy in Qatar, the air bubble agreement between Qatar and India has been extended for September 2021.

The announcement was made by the Embassy via their Twitter account earlier today, thanking civil aviation authorities of India and Qatar for ensuring that direct air connectivity for passengers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Following the outbreak of COVID-19, India halted international flights and now operates flights to various nations on a case-by-case basis.

Air Bubble arrangement between India and Qatar has been extended for the month of September 2021.

Furthermore, the Indian government has prolonged the ban on international commercial flights till September 30, according to the latest circular from the Indian Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).

According to the Indian watchdog, dedicated freight flights and flights under bilateral air bubble pacts with chosen countries will continue to operate.
