A unique public space in Qatar, the magnificent Oxygen Park is located in the Education City, Qatar Foundation.

Spread over 130,000-square-meter of land, Oxygen Park is popularly known as the Green Lung of Education City. It offers students and visitors alike a space to refresh their mind, body, and spirit and an opportunity to explore the symbiotic relationships between oxygen, plants, and healthy purified living.

The ‘balloon lights’ floating above the ground make the park noticeable from a far away.

The park is designed for families and it is equipped with all required facilities including entertainment, sports facilities and play areas for children. You can either get sporty with your family or just stroll around the park and relax in this good weather.

The park is divided into two distinct zones, one is for sports and one is for recreation.

The west side of the park is the sports zone. It includes sports pitches, volleyball courts and a running track. It also features shaded running tracks.

The northeast side of the park is the recreation zone. It includes heritage area, children’s playground, amphitheater and gardens.

There is a picturesque waterfall amidst the lush green park and there are concrete seating and grassy banks all over the park. It is an ideal picnic spot for families.

The park is open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. Multi story and underground parking is available for all the visitors.

This year, the Oxygen Park will host- Qatar’s most-awaited food festival from tomorrow, March 20 until March 30.

Residents and visitors from all over the world attending QIFF 2019 will get a chance to explore the impressively designed and landscaped Oxygen Park, as well as other amenities within the premises, including Qatar National Library, the Minaretein building (Education City Mosque), Qur'anic Botanic Garden, and Torba Farmers Market.
