Aspire Zone Foundation launched their virtual summer program “Aspire Summer 2020” on its official Instagram and Youtube accounts to encourage individuals and promote a healthy lifestyle to stay fit during the summer.
This Year Aspire Summer Program includes three program categories which include activities for kids from 5 to 10 years, teens from 11 to 14 years old, and healthy food recipes along with nutrition and healthy eating tips.
The “Train and Challenge event’’ for kids from 5 to 10 years can participate in easy and fun exercises and activities and upload their videos the with help of their families and share the video with the Hashtag #AspireKids2020.

Training videos will be uploaded once a week on Aspire Zone Foundation social media accounts.
The second program category is “Junior Fitness Challenge” for young teens from 11 to 14 years old, The challenges consist of 6 exercises, each one to be done in one minute, An explanation video done by a qualified trainer performing and explaining the challenges would be posted on social media and YouTube.
The young males and females can patriciate in the activities and post their videos under the Hashtag #AspireJuniors2020.
Furthermore, the program also consists of specialist advice on nutrition and healthy food with healthy meal recipes which will be uploaded 3 times a week (Saturday, Monday, Thursday) on Aspire official Instagram page.
