Black Excellence weekend to celebrate the African Diaspora community

The first-of-its-kind event, Black Excellence weekend is all set to start from October 31, 2019, in celebration of the African Diaspora community.

Tastemakers and leaders in their fields will gather with The Brofessor for the inaugural of Black Excellence weekend, a three-day extravaganza designed to give the Black community a platform to celebrate themselves with trademark cultural style and flair.

The celebration with start with Black Excellence Ball this Thursday, October 31, 2019. A black-tie event that will gather dignitaries, diplomats, and high-achieving members of the Black community from around the world at the Crowne Plaza Business Park Doha, Qatar, from 6:00 pm to midnight.

The Black Excellence Ball will feature entertainment, giveaways, and awards designed to honor distinguished professionals and members of the community.

For only QAR 250 per person, guests will have the privilege to walk down the red carpet, be seated on a table with other excellent members of the community, and enjoy a banquet-style dinner of international cuisine along with vegan/vegetarian options. During the banquet, 20 people from 8 different countries will be honored for their esteemed contributions towards the African Diasporan community in Doha.

Attendees are recommended to carry their business cards for an opportunity to network with high-achieving Diasporan expatriates.

In addition to that, a few lucky attendees will go home with giveaways ranging from the finest coffee in the world to free airline tickets.
