The Build Your House (BYH) Exhibition 2022, which is a must-attend homebuilding event for Qataris to meet consultants, contractors, and suppliers, will continue to be held under the patronage of Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, H.E. Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdul Aziz al-Thani.

Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) will host the three-day event from the 28th to the 30th March, which will be inaugurated by Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al Abdullah Al Thani, Minister of Commerce, and Industry. 

Aimed at stimulating and aiding in the development of the housebuilding industry in Qatar, BYH Exhibition has gained tremendous traction since it launched in 2020. Qatar's business community has also continued to support BYH 2022 in addition to firm Government backing. This year’s sponsors include key players within the construction industry.

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) has approved BYH Exhibition as an official event, which demonstrates that BYH Exhibition adheres to all public health safety requirements and will strictly comply with all guidelines and regulations issued by the MoPH. 

Exhibit halls will be sanitized twice daily, visitors' and participants' health status will be checked via the Ehteraz app before entry, and masks will be enforced strictly.

BYH Exhibition facilitates collaboration between Qatari home builders and contractors to build their dream homes. Participants can expect to receive inspiration, innovation, and advice at BYH Exhibition's Knowledge Sharing Conference and Future and Smart Living Conference. 

Participants will also have the opportunity to attend six different sessions offered by AIA, the new conference partner of BYH's growing educational platform.

Each AIA event day will feature two talks from different institutions and companies, including Qatar University, VCUarts, Bluu Design, We Do Design, Baroque, and Casa Bella. 

In Qatar, BYH Exhibition is a major platform for residential design, construction, and other related fields. It provides a vital link between consultants, contractors, suppliers, smart solutions, general service companies, and Qatari citizens interested in building or renovating their homes. 

There will be over 150 exhibitors participating in the event; guests will be able to hear insights shared by local Ministries and Government entities, as well as learn about global design and smart technology trends.

BYH Exhibition also supports the growth of interior design talent. With the Junior Designer Competition, held in partnership with VCUarts Qatar, students can hone their interior design skills and showcase their work at a dedicated stand within the BYH exhibition. 

Visitors must pre-register for the BYH Exhibition via the visitor portal, which is now available. By pre-registering online, the event organizers can monitor the exhibition hall capacity and provide visitors with all the information they need before attending BYH Exhibition 2022.

From 28 to 30 March 2022, the BYH Exhibition will take place at Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC), Halls 8 and 9. It will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
