The QL team got the opportunity to try out the Carvery Brunch at Radisson Blu Hotel, Doha. Situated in the hustle-bustle of the city, Radisson Blu Hotel Doha has been a favourite for those who know and love classic hospitality. A chance to try out the Carvery Brunch at Hyde Park had us dreaming of the culinary experience we know Radisson Blu Hotel Doha is capable of providing.

From the scrumptious Mediterranean starters that made us go for second helpings to the carving station with the juiciest beef short ribs, we declare every Friday devoted to this meatilicious affair! 

 An ideal getaway with the family, you can enjoy the roasted delicacies as your kids can get busy at the kids’ corner set up in the vicinity. A mix of international cuisines that include a live cooking station and free-flowing beverages as well, the Carvery brunch is a celebration of its own!

 

 Their Executive Chef Wolfgang Goedl has curated this experience, also including various dishes including Arabic, European and Indian. You can even get your requests in by the live station where the chefs will be there to help you out and then, eventually lead to the grand dessert table that you absolutely cannot miss.

As this is a 3-hour long celebration, you can always take a break and go for a quick dip into the pool as access is complimentary. There’s a kids section of the pool as well so this gives you an ideal getaway for the entire family!

Children 6-12 age: QR 105
Children below the age of 5 are free (up to 2 children only)
