After going up for five months in a row, the cost of premium petrol in the country will remain the same at QR1.85 per litre.

However, fuel prices will go up by 5 dirhams a litre for Super petrol and diesel in Qatar in March, according to information released by Qatar Petroleum.

The price of 95-octane super petrol will be QR1.95 a litre, compared to QR1.90 in February.

Price of diesel will increase by five dirhams in February. It will be QR1.90 a litre as against QR1.85 in February.

This is the highest-ever price for Super petrol after the Ministry started pegging the fuel prices to the international market.
