The first day of Eid ul Fitr in Qatar will be Friday, July 17, officials from Qatar's Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs have announced.
The decision was made after Awqaf's moon sighting committee met at their headquarters in Dafna after receiving sighting witness testimony.

Eid Prayer
Eid prayer will be held 15 minutes after sunrise at 5.08 am. Eid prayers will be held in 316 mosques and prayer grounds, 33 of which will have facilities for women.
