This February, Qatar Living is focusing on all things health-related to boost your wellness for the month and beyond.

We’ll be looking at health tips, good spots to exercise, healthy restaurants, ways to keep your hair and skin healthy, and some of the best spas and gyms the country has to offer.

We also want to highlight that this year, Qatar National Sport Day is on the 13th of February (which means Tuesday is off). The entire community of Doha, from locals to expats and people from all walks of life, are encouraged to be part of sporting activities taking place all over Qatar.

The aim of National Sports Day is to promote sports, fitness and a healthy lifestyle along while educating the community on the health risks linked with inactivity.

We'll keep you guys updated on the latest and greatest for related events, but until then, in honour of this national holiday, and health in general, we're introducing February as our Health and Wellness Month in 2018, so gear up!
