It's Clinical Imaging Services introduced a new service called 'We Care,' which allows patients to book appointments through the call center in order to follow up on their appointments and provide information for patient inquiries.
'We Care' is viewed as an additional route for patients to manage and follow up on appointments via SMS.
The new service is integrated with the main appointment booking center at the HMC's Clinical Imaging Services, such as the automatic booking system and direct contact with the call center, to help improve the patient experience and provide seamless access to healthcare services.
The new service allows patients to follow up on treatment plans devised by the medical team, which is especially beneficial for newly diagnosed cancer patients and severely injured patients.
'We Care' improves patient response capacity by allowing them to change newly scheduled appointments, follow up, or cancel in a short period of time without having to call the center.
With the aim of enhancing patient experience and the clinical imaging services provided at HMC, heathcare concepts at HMC are constantly supported through technology upgradation. According to Dr. Khalid Omar, Chairman of the Clinical Imaging Department at HMC, patients need to be provided with the ability to manage their experience by providing them with techniques, resources, and the ability to follow up and change their appointments.
The new feature complies with operational procedures for scheduling appointments and allows for immediate changes to scheduled appointments, which will also appear in the call center.
Patients can reach the call center's new WhatsApp service at (44393377) from 8 am to 6 pm on Sundays through Thursdays and 8 am to 2 pm on Saturdays.

Naraak Initiative
The Clinical Imaging Services also launched the Naraak initiative, which gives disabled patients priority access to appointments in less time.
