The Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) in Qatar, commonly known as Baladiya, offers many services varying from municipality services, urban planning services, environmental services, and much more.

If you are a resident or citizen and have been bothered by pests recently at your lovely home, you can take advantage of MME’s free pest control services by applying through their website or smartphone application which is available on both Google Play and App Store.

However, it is important to mention that fees will apply for factories, workshops, residential compounds, chalets, and farms.

In order to log in and request this service, you will be required to have a valid Qatari ID and phone number that falls under the same Qatari ID number.

Once you have logged in, you will be able to view all the services they provide. Kindly select 'Pest Control’ which will then prompt the option for you to fill in your home address.

Once you have done that, you will receive an SMS notification stating that the request has been followed through.

Another way of requesting the pest control service is by filling the Pest Control Request form which is available on their website.

According to their website, it is not recommended to spray the pesticides more than once unless 30 days have passed since the last application.

After the request has been made, you may have to wait a week or so until they send a professional to spray the pesticides at the aforementioned location.
