The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) has announced that it will hold extension exams for Grade 1 to 12 students who missed the second round of exams due to COVID-19 infection or contact.
A circular was issued by the ministry’s Evaluation Affairs Sector to public and private schools that follow national standards stated that the exams are to be held from Sunday, September 5 to Thursday, September 16.

Students will be required to present a certificate from the Ministry of Public Health as proof of the date of infection or contact with a COVID-19-infected person.
Schools will have to submit the names of these students to the Student Assessment Department by September 1.
