The Ministry of Public Health’s (MoPH) Birth and Death Registration Section has announced the official working hours for receiving birth registration forms and birth certificate requests.
According to the announcement, the timings will be:
Morning hours: 7.30 am to 12.30 pm at Women’s Wellness and Research Center, Al Khor Hospital, Al Wakra Hospital, Sidra Medicine, Al Ahli Hospital, Doha Clinic Hospital and Al Emadi Hospital.
Evening Hours: 1.30 pm to 6.30 pm at Women's Wellness and Research Center, Sidra Medicine and Al Ahli Hospital.

MoPH issues birth certificates for children born in Qatar. Children born to foreign nationals are not entitled to Qatari nationality. Expatriate parents are responsible for registering their child’s birth with their respective country’s embassy.
