The campaign is being carried out on the Ministry's social media channels, where it shared the below tips to maintain oral health.

Drawing attention to the importance of following healthy habits to take care of your oral health, the Ministry stressed in a graphic that "the mouth is a gateway to your body's overall health."

The Ministry also advised on proper techniques of brushing teeth and flossing.

Earlier, the Ministry encouraged the public to engage with the hashtag: #askandthe_dentist_answers on Twitter. People can ask questions related to oral and dental health from December 26 until December 31, 2020.

“They will be answered by a selection of our best dentists in Qatar,” the Ministry had said.
