The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) has announced that you will be required to apply for newborn birth certificates via the ministry’s website during the Eid holidays.
MoPH had made this announcement earlier today via their Twitter account.

The Ministry explained that birth certificates can be collected at the Newborn Registration Office of the Women’s Health and Research Center from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Moreover, birth certificates can also be delivered through Qatar Post.
Death certificate issuance services will be provided at the Office of Humanitarian Services during the Eid al-Adha holiday from 8 am to 12 pm.
Applications for the birth and death committee will be suspended during the Eid holiday, the Ministry added.
