Pizza acrobatics are a real thing, and it just so happens that world renowned performer, Sicilian pizza maker chef Pasqualine Barbasso, is putting on a show at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Doha this week.

Chef Barbasso happens to be a two time World Champion at pizza acrobatics, and has put on shows at illustrious venues around the world. He is no stranger to the Middle East, having visited Lebanon several times to entertain crowds. 

Chef Barbasso will be performing his impressive pizza-making stunts at La Veranda restaurant at the hotel, as well as leading cooking classes, until tomorrow, September 15th.  

Bookings are available from 12:30pm until 4pm, then from 7pm until 11:30pm. The cost is QR80 for à la carte and the special pizza menu, and half off for children under 12 years of age. Children under six years old may eat for free. Because he’s only here a little longer, we highly  recommend reservations.
