As the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ approaches this November, Qatar is preparing for its economy to receive a boost. A glimpse of it is recently apparent when The Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) and Aspire Katara Hospitality (AKH) opened their doors by inviting food and beverage (F&B) businesses in Qatar to deliver concession stands at a host of locations during the mega event.

Aspire Katara Hospitality (AKH) specializes in the field of hospitality and leisure. They envisage bringing to Qatar par excellence hospitality service by creating a unique ambiance yet maintaining the rich tradition and culture of Qatar. Its goal is to manage luxurious hotels, boutiques, and quality retail shops to support the business demands of this country and maintain a burgeoning overseas presence.

More than 400 units are available to rent at various destinations, including in the vicinity of tournament arenas, the 6km-long Corniche enactment, and a host of other entertainment locations.

Starting Tuesday August 23, 2022, interested parties should visit the website forsa2022.qa and submit the following information:

• Type of F&B business
• Years of experience in the local market
• Number of existing branches
• Type of unit required (existing kiosk or empty land)
• Information about concept (type, ethnicity, description, etc.)
• Number of employees with valid health certificates
• Details of central kitchen operation (where applicable)
• Food safety measures

Interested parties will also need to provide the following documents:

• Concept presentation/company profile
• Commercial registration
• Company computer card
• Trade license
• Owner’s Qatar ID

The deadline to submit applications for booking spaces is by September 15, 2022.
