According to Al Watan Newspapers, the popular online game Roblox has been officially banned  in Qatar.

Authorities stated that the decision was made to safeguard children and teenagers from potential dangers within the game that could negatively impact their safety, behavior, and morals.

Roblox, which allows users to create, share, and play in virtual worlds, has faced criticism globally over unmoderated content and exposure to inappropriate material for younger audiences. It is stated that this move is part of ongoing efforts to protect the well-being of youth in the country and maintain a safe digital environment.

The ban has sparked discussion among parents, gamers, and educators about digital safety for minors.
