Doha is preparing to host the 3rd Qatar Real Estate Forum, the country’s premier real estate platform, running alongside Cityscape Qatar from October 14–16, 2025, at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC).

Held under the patronage of H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, the event is organised by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat).

At a press conference, Eng. Khalid bin Ahmed Al-Obaidli, President of Aqarat, said this year’s edition builds on the success of previous forums and reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen Qatar’s position as a leading real estate and investment destination. He highlighted that the forum serves as an annual platform where investors, experts, and developers can explore opportunities, boost confidence in the sector, and encourage collaboration in line with Qatar National Vision 2030.

Al-Obaidli also revealed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be the Guest of Honor this year. A special Saudi pavilion will feature government entities, developers, and startups, furthering cooperation and knowledge exchange between both countries.

The 3rd edition will focus on four main themes:

1. The Government’s Role in creating a safe and attractive investment environment.

2. Real Estate Technology (PropTech) and digital innovations.

3. The Investor’s Journey, offering practical guidance to streamline processes.

4. Major and promising projects shaping Qatar’s future.

Mohammed Makki, Advisor to the President of Aqarat, added: “Today we have the pleasure of announcing the third annual Qatar Real Estate Forum, which will host a dedicated Qatar Government Pavilion. This will bring together multiple government entities to provide investors with a seamless experience in understanding processes and opportunities across the sector.”
