Saudi Arabia had earlier this year announced the issue of a multiple-entry visa for Hayya cardholders during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. Now, the country has announced that it will permit all Hayya card owners to perform Umrah through this multiple-entry feature from November 11 till December 18.

The latest news was announced on Al Ekhbariya News Channel and confirmed by the Assistant Director General of General Department of Visas at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Hayya card holders are also allowed to visit Madina. While the multiple entry feature allows them to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from November 11 till December 18, the visa allows them to remain in the country up till January 11, 2023.

The official also clarified that although the visa is free for Hayya cardholders, they have to obtain mandatory health insurance from the visa platform. The visa is valid for multiple trips and doesn’t really require for the Hayya card owner to visit Qatar first.
