The Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) said the country is expected to be affected by fresh to strong northwesterly winds starting Sunday, March 23, and lasting until Wednesday.

QMD, in a post on its social media channel, said these winds may cause dust-raising conditions and reduced horizontal visibility in some areas. It also issued ongoing marine warnings during this period.

Additionally, the QMD said it also expected a significant drop in temperatures, increasing the feeling of cold. It has advised people to be cautious and follow the latest weather updates through official sources.
