Confidence in the property market is on the up as Doha prepares to host thousands of local and global real estate developers and investors when Cityscape Qatar opens tomorrow.
Qatar Living, as the official online partner, will be exhibiting for the first time at the 7th edition of Cityscape Qatar.
"We're really excited to be at Cityscape this year because some of the biggest players in the real estate sector will be exhibiting and this will be a chance for us to showcase our leading property products to potential customers," said Haroon Rashid, head of properties at Qatar Living.
Running from the 22nd until the 25th April at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC), under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Abdulla Bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, the real estate exhibition will further drive confidence in the real estate sector as local and international developers promote the latest property offerings.

This year’s show boasts a lineup of up to 50 exhibitors across more than 9,000 sqm of exhibition space, and will bring together heavyweight industry stakeholders from Qatar and abroad including Turkey, Georgia, Cyprus, U.S., Pakistan, and the UK.
For homebuyers and investors, the four-day exhibition will provide an opportunity to network, gain valuable market insight, and take advantage of exclusive deals, special offers and payment plans on the show floor.
Leading local developers at this year’s show include Ezdan, ASTAD, Cityscape Qatar’s Strategic Project Management Partner, and Mirage Properties.
They will be joined by first time exhibitors Qatar Rail, KATARA Hospitality, UDC, Place Vendome, Msheireb Properties, Just Real Estate, Qatari Diar and QNB; and international exhibitors Istihale, and Iyimaya Muhendislik Insaat AS from Turkey, Richland Consultants Inc from the U.S., and real estate companies from Georgia, Cyprus and Pakistan.

Alongside a host of projects to be showcased at the exhibition is the Cityscape Qatar Conference, hosted by DTZ Qatar, which welcomed over two hundred delegates.
A Qatari market overview is one of the highly-anticipated topics on the agenda, while the Conference’s panel discussions take an in-depth look at inbound and outbound investment opportunities, delve into smart and sustainable buildings, and offer updates on the hospitality sector.
