Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay has announced the launch of its new Business Lunch at Tribeca Market, the hotel’s New York-inspired dining destination located on the first floor. Available on weekdays from 12PM to 3.30PM, the Business Lunch offers a refined midday dining experience that combines variety, quality, and value.

Guests may begin with a Salad Bar for QAR55, featuring an assortment of fresh seasonal vegetables, artisanal cheeses, cold cuts, and freshly baked bread. For QAR99, the Salad Bar can be paired with a main course, with options spanning global flavors – from Japanese flamed salmon uramaki and Indian Hariyali Tandoori, to Levantine Grilled Chicken Shish Tawook and classic Italian Lasagna Bolognese.

To end on a sweet note, guests may indulge in desserts such as New York cheesecake, Sicilian cannoli, or a decadent double fudge chocolate cake, available for QAR20.
