We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team and support our daily operations. Job Summary: We are seeking an entry-level Data Entry with 0 to 1 year of experience to assist our management team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for inputting sales, inventory, and operational data into Microsoft Excel. You will work directly alongside our Shop Supervisors, providing them with accurate daily reports and administrative support to ensure the bakery runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Accurately input daily sales, wastage, and inventory data into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Update and maintain supplier invoices, delivery notes, and employee attendance records. Assist Shop Supervisors by generating daily and weekly summary reports using Excel. Work closely with supervisors to track stock levels of baking ingredients and packaging materials, alerting them when supplies are low. Maintain a neat and organized digital and physical filing system for all shop documents. Perform basic administrative tasks as requested by the management team. Requirements & Qualifications: Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to use basic formulas, format tables, and organize data efficiently). Basic knowledge of MS Word and Outlook. Language Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is required to communicate effectively with our diverse team and supervisors. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in typing and data entry. Team Player: Ability to take direction well and work collaboratively with Shop Supervisors and bakery staff. Location: Must be currently residing in Qatar.
