We are seeking a high-caliber Risk Manager to support the establishment and rollout of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) across PIH and its subsidiaries. This role will be instrumental in embedding a forward-looking, value-driven risk culture, aligned with leading practices such as COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework and ISO 31000 Risk Management Standard.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the ERM framework across the Group 

Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and maintain risk registers 

Define and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and risk appetite thresholds 

Support integration with Internal Audit and risk-based audit planning 

Contribute to digital risk transformation, including ERM system implementation and dashboards 

Provide risk oversight across real estate, construction, and hospitality operations 

Prepare executive-level risk reports for senior management and Board committees 

Drive risk awareness and culture across business units 

Requirements

8–12+ years of experience in ERM, Risk Advisory, or Internal Audit 

Proven experience in building or transforming risk management functions 

Strong exposure to real estate, construction, and hospitality sectors 

Solid knowledge of ERM frameworks and risk quantification methodologies 

Experience with GRC/ERM systems and data analytics tools is an advantage 

Preferred Certifications

Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) 

Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA) 

Institute of Risk Management (IRM) qualifications 

Certification/training in COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework
