International Youth Day event invites young people to share ideas and lead change

Young people in Qatar are being invited to take part in an International Youth Day activation at Place Vendôme, where they can hear real youth stories, raise the issues that matter to them, and explore ways to learn, volunteer, build skills and lead change.

The multi-station event, themed ‘From Learning to Leading: Empowering Youth,’ will run from August 12 to 16, at Place Vendôme’s Ground Floor near Gates 5 and 6. It is being presented by Education Above All and the Ministry of Sports and Youth, in partnership with Place Vendôme.

The activation is expected to feature interactive installations, real youth stories, opportunities to share youth’s voice and ways to take action. The programme is designed to encourage young people to move from learning to leadership by engaging with experiences and ideas that can shape what comes next.
