Qatar Airways operations remain suspended, next update on March 7

Qatar Airways, in an announcement, said flight operations remained temporarily suspended due to the closure of Qatari airspace.

Qatar Airways said it will resume operations once the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority announces safe reopening of Qatari airspace. A further update will be provided on March 7, at 9AM Doha time.

“We are working around the clock to organise additional relief flights where operationally possible and will share further updates as soon as they are confirmed,” the statement said.

Affected passengers will be contacted directly by Qatar Airways with their flight details, arrangements and next steps.

The airlines requested passengers not to proceed to the airport unless they have received an official notification from Qatar Airways confirming their flight.
