Vertigo has reopened its doors at Banyan Tree Doha with a fresh identity, a vibrant menu and a more inclusive experience created for Doha’s diverse community, and brings an exciting new Pan-Asian offering to Doha Oasis, the lifestyle destination in the heart of Doha, and its culinary portfolio.
The reopening marks a clear evolution: Vertigo has been reimagined as a restaurant-lounge that welcomes everyone in traditional Qatari and regional attire. Whether joining for dinner, drinks, shisha or an evening with friends, guests can experience Vertigo in a setting that feels stylish, relaxed and welcoming.
The new menu celebrates bold Pan-Asian flavours through dishes created for sharing and discovery. Highlights include the Samurai Sando, the Aburi Wagyu Roll and the Australian Wagyu MB8-9 Tenderloin. Each dish combines premium ingredients with playful presentation, giving guests plenty of reasons to return and explore more of the menu.
Vertigo’s beverage offering has also been completely refreshed, with specially crafted creations designed to complement the food and the mood of the evening. Guests can also enjoy a dedicated shisha collection, with Ladies’ Shisha at QAR 99, Classic Shisha at QAR 125 and Premium Shisha at QAR 140. The collection includes familiar flavours alongside exclusive Vertigo Editions.
“Vertigo’s reopening introduces a more inclusive and experience-led direction. Our aim is to create a place where everyone feels welcome, from local guests to residents, regional and international visitors looking for elevated dining experiences and enjoyable evenings at the heart of Doha.” said Paris Aktypis, General Manager of Banyan Tree Doha at Doha Oasis.
The reopening will be marked by a new Ladies’ Night every Friday from 6:00 PM to midnight. The experience includes three beverages and one bite, setting the tone for an elegant and lively start to the weekend.
On 30 October, Vertigo will also introduce Vertigo Brunch, a stylish monthly brunch taking place on the last Friday of every month from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Bringing together Pan-Asian food, entertainment and fashion-inspired energy, The Vertigo Brunch is set to become an exciting addition to Doha’s weekend calendar.
Vertigo is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with the last food order at 11:00 PM. The venue is closed on Mondays. On Runway Brunch dates, Vertigo will additionally open from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
