His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani welcomed the UK Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Mr. David Lammy, and the UK Minister of Defense, His Excellency Mr. John Healey, at the Amiri Diwan this morning.

The meeting, attended by Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, focused on the strong bilateral relations between Qatar and the United Kingdom. Discussions also covered regional and international developments, including the situation in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories.
