H.E. Eng. Khalid bin Ahmad Al-Obaidli, President of Aqarat (Real Estate Regulatory Authority – RERA), delivered a keynote address at MWC Qatar 2025, outlining Qatar’s digital vision for the future of its real estate sector. His speech emphasized innovation, sustainability, and enhanced governance, in line with the National Development Strategy and Qatar National Vision 2030.

During his address, H.E. Eng. Al-Obaidli highlighted the transformative role of emerging technologies in the real estate industry. He announced the expansion of e-governance frameworks to promote transparency, strengthen trust, and enhance procedural efficiency across the real estate ecosystem, ensuring Qatar’s digital future remains culturally grounded.

The President further addressed the role of technology in improving public and investor services. He reaffirmed Aqarat’s commitment to enhancing unified digital platforms and optimizing the investor journey by simplifying procedures, streamlining access, and enriching the user experience for residents, investors, and businesses.
