Aspetar, member of Aspire Zone Foundation, announced the launch of a new website called "namat" (namat.qa) aimed at spreading the culture of health in the Arab community.

The website provides information from Aspetar experts on various topics related to healthy lifestyle and behaviours for the prevention of non-communicable diseases resulting from physical inactivity.
