In preparation of QND 2020, FBQ Museum has planned a host of special programs that you can enjoy with your family and friends on this valuable occasion.

Visitors to the FBQ Museum can learn more about the history of our beloved country and the rich culture of Qatari people through marvelous collections, rare artifacts, and art pieces showcased at the Museum. These amazing pieces tell stories about Qatar's history from the past and up to the present.

Qatari Heritage Section Tour

FBQ Museum tour guide will meet you there to guide you on all you need to know about the rich Qatari culture

Date and Timings: Dec 18 (3:00 pm to 5:00 pm) and December 19 (10:30 am - 12:00 pm & 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm)

Qatari Art Exhibition

Exceptional Qatari art and artifact selections from FBQ Museum will be showcased in a special exhibition at The White Majlis.

Date and Timings: December 18 until January 2, 2021 (Regular museum hours)

Founded in 1998 by Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al-Thani, this fortress shaped museum is a national treasure that houses more than 15,000 valuable items from all over the world.

The museum is a valuable resource for scholars, educational institutions, and schools, as well as a tourist destination in its own right.

The museum expands over 20,000 square meters and has different sections each with its own take on Qatari and regional historic items.
