Doha Film Institute (DFI) is looking for more than 500 volunteers to be part of the second edition of the Ajyal Youth Film Festival, to be held from December 1 to 6.
Volunteers will be exposed to the inner workings of a major cultural event, interact with festival guests and jurors of many nationalities, gain industry experience and receive a participation certificate.
Interested candidates aged 18 years and above can register HERE.
The volunteer programme is a major part of the film festival and a great opportunity for youngsters to get involved in an event that inspires cultural discovery and positive interaction between people of all generations.
The second edition of the festival will feature public screenings of local and international films, special events and exhibitions.
Like last year, the festival will feature the Sandbox interactive digital playground, school screenings and Family Weekend.
Look out for the Doha Film Experience - Ajyal’s youth jury, where hundreds of young people between the ages of eight and 21 years will watch and discuss shorts and features and decide on the winning films.
