Qatari fintech company Dibsy has achieved a new milestone underscoring the growth of Qatar’s financial technology sector after being selected for Forbes Middle East’s Top 50 Fintech Companies 2026, making it the only Qatari company included on this year’s list alongside leading regional companies operating in the digital financial services sector.
Dibsy’s inclusion reflects the ability of Qatari companies to compete at the regional level amid the rapid growth of the fintech sector and the increasing role of local innovation in developing financial services and advancing the digital economy.
According to data published by Forbes Middle East, Dibsy recorded 112% growth in payment volume in the first quarter of 2026 compared with the same period a year earlier, highlighting the expansion of the company’s operations and the growing adoption of its digital solutions.
Dibsy’s inclusion in the Forbes list represents another milestone for Qatar’s fintech sector and reflects the continued development of the country’s innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, as well as the ability of Qatari companies to establish a prominent presence in the regional economic and technology landscape.
