Doha Festival City has announced an exclusive arts competition “Show us your hygiene routine through your art”, dedicated for members of the Festival’s Kids Club. The aim of this competition is to raise awareness amongst kids about the importance of maintaining a good hygiene routine. The contest is open for registration until 15th October.

Kids Club members can register by submitting their artwork on bit.ly/kidsclubart2020, showcasing their hygiene routine through drawing. All winners will be announced on Doha Festival City’s social media page on Sunday, 18th of October 2020.

Winners of the best artworks will receive special awards from Doha Festival City’s host of retailers and F&B outlets, including Carluccio’s, Maison de Sushi and Mark’s & Spencer.

Carluccio’s will invite the winners to visit the restaurant any day between 12 and 9 pm until October 30th with a dedicated voucher.

Maison de Sushi will offer special meals that the winners can enjoy directly in the restaurant during the selected month.

Lastly, Mark’s & Spencer will give away Kids Snack Hampers special vouchers, to be collected from Mark’s & Spencer during the month following the winners’ announcement.

Through this contest, Doha Festival City seeks to reward kids with artistic skills, as part of its commitment to Doha’s arts scene, and to create fun memories that can be shared with families.

Robert Hall, General Manager of Doha Festival City, stated that the creation of memories is an integral part of their brand identity. As part of their commitment to the local arts community, Doha Festival City wishes to promote a unique experience that will remind families of the memories they have shared in their mall.

Doha Festival City’s kid's Club now has over 17,000 members who enjoy VIP access to all DFC events and exclusive discounts on select shops for children and families.

Doha Festival City opening hours are Saturday to Wednesday from 10 am to 10 pm, and Thursday to Friday from 10 am to 11 pm. Children of all ages are now allowed to enter the mall.

Doha Festival City has also introduced health and safety measure for their staff and visitors, in accordance with the preventive measures set by the authorities. Visitors are required to show their green Ehteraz QR code and wear a face mask if they wish to enter the mall.
