If you are in the mood for some eerie foggy days, then your prayers may just have been answered.

Qatar’s Met Department has predicted that the country is likely to experience foggy mornings from today until Saturday, reported Gulf Times.

From today until January 22, also expect the conditions to be very windy starting from noon onwards.

During foggy mornings, the visibility can drop to below 1km, with zero visibility in some areas at some times, according to The Peninsula.

The weather is expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy at times on Saturday with chance of scattered rain mostly offshore. 

The temperatures are expected to be around average for this time of the year with continuing cold temperatures, reported Qatar Tribune.

On Thursday, poor visibility (2km or less) is expected in some places in the early hours of the day. It will be hazy to misty/foggy at first, the report states, followed by mild daytime conditions with some clouds. It will be cold at night.

The minimum temperature on Thursday is expected to be 9C in Wakrah and Mesaieed, 10C in Al Khor and 15C in Doha. 

On Wednesday, the minimum was 9C in Turayna and 10C in Mesaieed, while in Doha it was 16C.
