Ooredoo Qatar has joined the General Authority of Customs’s (GAC) Authorized Economic Operator Programme, a prestigious program that offers special grants to companies that have been recognized for their commitments to international standards.

The Authorized Economic Operator Programme is a national program that grants special benefits to companies with a proven commitment to international approved conditions, requirements, and standards of safety and security.

The coveted VIP Customer certificated was presented to Sabah Rabiah Al Kuwari, Director PR at Ooredoo, by the Chairman of the GAC, Ahmed Bin Abdulla Al Jamal.

According to evaluations carried out by the GAC, companies joining the Programme are trusted and considered an approved economic operators, and those that contribute to strengthening and supporting the supply chain in international trade.

Sabah Rabiah Al-Kuwari said, “I am proud to accept this honor on behalf of Ooredoo.  We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards in our operations and contributing to the ongoing success of international trade in Qatar. We are delighted to be recognized as a VIP Customer by GAC.
