HH The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met Afghanistan President Dr Mohamed Ashraf Ghani and his accompanying delegation at his residence in Munich, Germany, yesterday.

HH The Amir is in Germany to take part in the 55th Munich Security Conference.

During the meeting, the two leaders reviewed their nations’ bilateral relations, ways to support and develop them, as well as many issues of mutual interest, reported Gulf Times.

HH The Amir also met with Rwandan President Paul Kagame, and the two leaders discussed a wide range of issues of common interest, reported Qatar Tribune.

Meanwhile, Sheikh Tamim visited the Landtag (parliament) of Bavaria in Munich yesterday.

Upon his arrival, HH The Amir was received by President of the Landtag of Bavaria Ilse Aigner and many members of the Landtag, said another report in Qatar Tribune.

The two leaders also reviewed aspects of the development of friendly relations and cooperation, especially in the legislative and parliamentary fields and the exchange of experiences in this regard.
