Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Honorary Chair of Fashion Trust Arabia (FTA), attended the seventh annual FTA Prize Awards Ceremony on Saturday at the National Museum of Qatar.
The event was hosted by FTA Co-Chairs HE Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad Al Thani and Tania Fares, who welcomed leading global fashion figures alongside emerging regional creatives.
Her Highness presented the first award of the evening to Saudi designer Ziyad Albuainain, winner of the Evening Wear category. Additional winners of the 2025 FTA Awards include Youssef Drissi (Morocco) for Ready-To-Wear, Leila Roukni (Morocco) for Accessories, and Egyptian designer Farah Radwan for Jewelry. The Debut Talent Award went to Alaa Alaradi from Bahrain, while Bahraini designers Fatema and Dalal Alkhaja won in the Fashion Tech category.
India, the Guest Country for this edition, saw designer Kartik Kumra honored with the Guest Country Award.
Two industry icons were also recognized with honorary awards. The Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Miuccia Prada for her enduring influence on global fashion, while the Trailblazer Award honored Zuhair Murad for his pivotal role in elevating Arab haute couture on the international stage.
