The Ministry of Interiors and Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy have announced partial road closures from October 21-31 on Doha Corniche Street. Starting today, October 21, certain parts of Doha Corniche will be inaccessible to traffic until October 31.
The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has also released a series of maps on their social media outlining the scope of the traffic on certain roads of Corniche.
The left turn from Corniche Street to Al Rumailah Street will be closed from today, October 21, 2022.
Hotel Street which is the Intersection near Sheraton Hotel aong with Abdulah bin Jassim Street will be inaccessible from Sunday, October 23, 2022.
The two left turns leading to Mohammed bin Thani Street cannot be accessed from October 28 until the end of this month.
There is also a temporary road closure at the Al Dafna intersection and only the right turn lanes are open to road traffic.
MoI has also announced closure of lanes on Al Markhiya Street from Qatar Sports Club Intersection towards Lejbailat Intersection and from here to Al Hazm Mall.
Additionally, the Ministry had also announced the closure of the Industrial Area tunnel for two weeks starting from October 16 until the end of the month.
